If you are a vendor who wishes to support the warfighter by proposing a new technology idea, please click on the above link and fill out the required areas. Please fill out the form COMPLETELY, as your idea will not be processed properly until the form is correctly completed. The REF works to provide rapid support and your cooperation in working to prevent delays is of great benefit to the warfighter.
